We have pursued a long-term strategy of becoming a global supplier to our customers. Globalization at Sigma Kudos is twofold: the Global-Local strategy and the Offshore strategy.
The Global-Local strategy is Sigma Kudos’ plan to have our main sites close to our customers’ R&D premises. This is because our consultants are an integral part of our customers’ operations, working in close co-operation with R&D departments.
The Offshore strategy is Sigma Kudos’ strong capability and track record of using and integrating a back office as part of Sigma Kudos deliveries. We have routines and processes that simplify the transfer of a part of the work to a region with good access to skilled personnel, good management, and also cost advantages.
